Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Bidding Agency”) hereby invites all the qualified tenderers to provide sealed bids for the following goods and services concerning the Procurement of Fabry-Perot Interferometer for the Large-scale Scientific Installation Platform of Materials Genome（rebidding）. 2.有意向的合格投標(biāo)人可從2021年9月15日起至2021年9月24日每天（節(jié)假日除外）上午9：00～11：30，下午2：30～5：00（北京時(shí)間）在中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號(hào)百仕達(dá)大廈27B售標(biāo)書處購買招標(biāo)文件，本招標(biāo)文件售$150，售后不退。
Qualified tenderers who are interested in the Project may come to buy the IFB documents at the price of $150 at 27B, Baishida Building, 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, P. R. China from September 15, 2021 to September 24, 2021 9:00-11:30a.m. & 2:30-5:00p.m. every day (Beijing Time) (holidays and festivals excluded). IFB documents which have been sold out may not be returned.
1.所有投標(biāo)文件應(yīng)于2021年10月12日上午9：30（北京時(shí)間）之前遞交到深圳市東海國際招標(biāo)有限公司開標(biāo)室。（由于疫情原因，本項(xiàng)目采用郵寄的方式接收投標(biāo)文件，請(qǐng)各位投標(biāo)供應(yīng)商于開標(biāo)時(shí)間前郵寄至：中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號(hào)百仕達(dá)大廈27B（以快遞送達(dá)時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)）如快遞送到時(shí)間超過開標(biāo)時(shí)間，將被拒收。）
Tenderers shall submit their tender documents to the bid-announcing room of Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. before 9:30a.m. of October 12, 2021 (Beijing Time). (Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, postal service is preferred here. Tenderers shall, before the time for bid opening, mail their tender documents to 27B, Baishida Building, 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, P. R. China (the time when tender documents arrive at the said place; documents arriving later than the bid-opening time will be refused).
2.定于2021年10月12日上午9：30（北京時(shí)間）在中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號(hào)百仕達(dá)大廈27B開標(biāo)室公開開標(biāo)。
Bid opening will be made publicly in the bid-opening room located at 27B, Baishida Building, 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China at 9:30a.m. of October 12, 2021 as scheduled.
3.按照商務(wù)部要求，投標(biāo)人必須經(jīng)注冊(cè)成為其會(huì)員才可以參加投標(biāo)，注冊(cè)之前請(qǐng)先和招標(biāo)網(wǎng)負(fù)責(zé)人劉杰萬經(jīng)理聯(lián)系確認(rèn)，電話13261902952、010-58851111轉(zhuǎn)762，從購買標(biāo)書到最終出中標(biāo)結(jié)果的所有程序都需要在此網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行。因此投標(biāo)人若參加國際標(biāo)的投標(biāo)必須在中國國際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)上注冊(cè)并保證通過年檢。
As required by the Ministry of Commerce, tenderers shall first get registered as a member of the ministry before participating in the Project. To get registered, tenderers shall firstly contact manager Liu Jiewan who is in charge of the bidding website by calling 0086-13261902952 or 0086-10-58851111 ext. 762. All the procedures of bidding for this Project, from the purchase of bidding documents to the award of contract, shall be made through this website. Therefore, it is mandatory for tenderers to get registered on such website and pass the annual inspection if they want to participate in international projects.
